Diamonds. The birthstone of April. Diamonds. So valuable and rare, countless movies have been made with thieves, treachery, betrayal, and the like. I suppose diamonds wouldn't be called boring. But, most of us won't be buying our BFF, sister, niece, or Aunt diamonds anytime soon. Trust me, I'm an April birthday myself, and while I can appreciate a cool cubic zirconia, it gets a bit boring after time. I created this pendant for you April girls out there. I did use a Swarovski crystal center, but I also used a beautiful sphere of clear Quartz. In doing research for April gift giving, I came across birth flowers. Not surprisingly, beautiful white daisies came up for April. So, I came across this exciting watercolor and wax painting of daisies made by an artist in Ohio. Amazing texture!
